🖥️ Go to https://dashboard.ringover.com/. Here you can directly view performance indicators on your agents:

Service Level: rate of answered calls
Avg. wait time: average time before a call is answered
Avg. abandon time: average time a caller waits before hanging up
Max. wait time: maximum possible wait time
TMC IN: Average Communication Time for incoming calls
TMC OUT: Average Communication Time for outgoing calls


Set up colour alerts


You can set up colour alerts for each indicator. This will allow you to better visualise your performance in real time.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ by the desired indicator and provide the thresholds at which you want the colour to change.

You can interchange the colours by clicking on the arrows. 🖌️

Now you know how to set your performance indicators in order to better monitor your daily phone activity. 🎉
