Forwarding your calls to an external number

Support Home page > Call management > Forwarding your calls to an external number
The “call forwarding” option is useful when you aren’t able to answer calls (ex: no internet access) 😕. If this is activated, you can still receive calls with a (non-Ringover) mobile number.

💰 You must have credits available in order to forward calls to external numbers.

💻 Go to https://app.ringover.com/settings.

In the “Call forwarding” section, choose the type of forwarding (if you don’t answer or unconditional forwarding) and select “To an external number” from the drop-down menu 📑 next to it. Enter the phone number and slide the cursor to green ✅.

Your incoming calls will now be forwarded according to your settings! 👌
