How to integrate telephony functionality into Freshsales to improve the sales process?

Freshsales has its own telephony functionality. However, it is not as robust as a solution specifically designed for business telephony. To have an ample selection of telephony features you’ll need to use a third party tool like Ringover. Here are the steps to follow to combine the two tools:

  1. First make sure you are logged into your Ringover Business account as an administrator on both Ringover and Freshsales.
  2. Go to the Freshsales settings to get your API key. Copy it.
  3. Go to the Ringover dashboard in the “Integrations” section and click the “activate” button on the Freshsales tile.
  4. That’s it! You have now integrated Ringover and Freshsales! You can now configure this integration by mapping the Freshsales and Ringover user accounts of your choice.
