What is Call Parking?
Call Parking allows you to place an active call into a numbered shared room. The caller hears hold music while any teammate can retrieve the call from any device using a simple dial code. Available on the Ringover web app and SIP phones.
Park a call in seconds
During an active call, click Transfer, open the Contacts tab, and enter a parking code — for example *842 for room 42. Select the room name to move the call instantly. The caller remains on hold with music playing.
Any teammate can retrieve it instantly
No need to coordinate in real time. Any team member can dial the parking code (e.g. *842) from their Ringover Dialler and connect to the parked call automatically.
Shared rooms, straightforward rules
Rooms 1–99 are created automatically and shared across your team. They cannot be renamed. Parked calls that are not retrieved are automatically disconnected after 3 hours.
