Specify your privileged clients’ numbers and allow them to reach you more easily. Whenever one of them calls, they will be placed first in the active call queue.
Prioritise the most important incoming calls - such as emergency calls - by placing them ahead of your call queues. Indicate for each of your phone systems their degree of priority in order to establish a global hierarchy for incoming call flow.
